Colouring progress

I was planning to simplify the drawing a bit; but whenever comes to sketch time, lots of stuff just kept popping into my head... add this, add that... and then instead of a quarter page spot, it became a two third almost full page...Orz...

Got to speeeeed up... deadline coming up... ahhh...

2 little sketches for a short story...
Drawing part is not as hard. It's the colouring part that sometimes will take extremely long~~~
I guess 2 paintings a day is my max now.
A short book of 30 pages normally will take at least a month to finish in order to keep the painting quality good... most of the time, it will take even longer...

The colouring part took the longest time...
It's hard to decide what colour to put down... @@ Another practice piece... still trying to figure out how to colour from dark to light and not to mass it up... LOL

trying out some brushes and colouring practice.
I was so frustrated with my drawing styles lately... (too many styles become no style)
Almost forgot the fun of drawing ~^^~
Thanks to Will Terry he got lots of inspiring videos on his youtube channel and blog~
