These are some of the recent vector holiday e-Card design for a client.
Normally I will give them a few sketches/drafts to choose from. After the designs are confirmed, I will start to color them using illustrator program. I still prefer using the traditional media; but since the client might change the colors or design elements a few times before finalizing the artworks, it's easier to use digital coloring method for this process since the deadline is pretty tight... XD
Just want to share how it's done. Vector art painting is fun; but it requires long hours of mouse clicking and line dragging and my wrist pain has gotten worst so I still prefer traditional hand paint to ease up my arm... (getting old now...)
